This site publishes reference data and calculators about Social Security payroll parameters and benefits. It is not tax, legal, financial or benefits advice, and using it does not create any professional relationship. Decisions about your own situation should be confirmed with the Social Security Administration, the IRS or a qualified professional.

No affiliation

This site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the Social Security Administration, the Internal Revenue Service, or any government agency. References to agencies and programs are descriptive only.

Accuracy

Figures are checked against primary sources on the date shown on each page. Even so, programs and parameters change, and errors are possible. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Where a figure matters to a decision, verify it against the official publication linked on that page.

Calculators

Calculators are estimates based on the assumptions documented on the methodology page. Results are not official determinations and do not create any entitlement. The benefit estimator assumes a steady 35-year earnings history and does not read your actual record.

No SSN collection

We will never ask for your Social Security number. If any page, message or third party asks for it in our name, treat it as fraud. You can report it to support@ssawagebase.com.

Use of content

You may cite figures with attribution and a link. Bulk republication of the tables or text without permission is not allowed. Data derived from SSA publications remains subject to the government's own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from use of the content or calculators, including decisions made on the basis of an estimate.
